Synopsis – Klaus, the original vampire/werewolf hybrid, returns to New Orleans — which his family helped build — to investigate rumors of a plot against him, in this spinoff of “The Vampire Diaries.” He finds his former protege, Marcel, reigning powerful over its inhabitants, causing growing tension in the supernatural community. Klaus’ brother, Elijah, joins him, and they learn that werewolf Hayley has fallen into the hands of a defiant witch who has life-changing information. In hope of reclaiming the city, Klaus and Elijah form an uneasy alliance with the witches to help further their cause.

Synopsis- Small-town Louisiana waitress Sookie Stackhouse already is viewed as an oddball by her friends and neighbors, since she can read the minds of those around her. She doesn’t exactly help her reputation, though, when she falls for Bill Compton, a 173-year-old vampire who has “come out of the coffin” along with many of his undead comrades now that a new synthetic blood has made it possible for vampires to survive without preying on humans. Still, the conservative locals aren’t wild about mortal-vampire liaisons, especially Sookie’s boss, Sam Merlotte, who carries a torch for her.

Synopsis – The series centers on Vanessa Helsing, daughter of famed vampire hunter Abraham Van Helsing, who wakes up after a five-year coma to discover a vampire-controlled world. That power puts humanity’s last hope to return the world to how it once was before the vampires took over in Vanessa’s hands.
Synopsis – When an alien spacecraft lands in 6-year-old Emery’s town resulting in an immediate battle, she befriends one of the young Atrians, whom she helps until authorities capture him. Ten years later, a group of Atrian teens is allowed to enroll in the high school to test the ability of the two species to mix, and Emery learns that Roman, the boy she helped, wasn’t killed — as she had thought — but kept in an internment camp with the rest of the aliens. The two rekindle their relationship, while animosity continues to grow between the two communities, putting Roman and Emery’s bond — and the chance for peace — to the test.

Synopsis – Holden Matthews wakes up from a 12-year coma and discovers that he now has supernatural abilities, ones that propel him into the middle of a dangerous conspiracy. Now that he is out of his coma, Holden wants to figure out what happened to him during the past dozen years and how to live in a world that has changed significantly while he was in his coma. However, perhaps the biggest question of all is why it happened to him beyond this Earth’s timeline in the hereafter. As Holden tries to adjust to adulthood, a mysterious woman named Willa warns him not to trust the people around him.

Synopsis – A mysterious object plummets to Earth, sending out a shock wave that causes five strangers to die, only to miraculously come back to life moments later. The members of the group are Vera (Shantel VanSanten), a struggling radio-astronomer living in New Mexico who is searching for her missing son; Erin (Sofia Black-D’Elia), a young mother in Tucson, Arizona who is desperate to protect her seven-year-old daughter Amy from her abusive policeman ex-husband; Peter (Joel Courtney), a troubled high school student and orphan in Little Rock, Arkansas; Raul (J.D. Pardo), a federal agent in Mexico who is looking to escape his dangerous and violent undercover assignment; and Joshua (Jon Fletcher), a charismatic second-generation televangelist in Houston, Texas. Most mysterious of all is the figure known only as The Man (Diogo Morgado), who offers Vera the location of her abducted son if she will help him with one morally complicated task which puts her on a collision course with Rose (Anna Diop), a nurse in Houston who has been in a coma for seven years after being shot by an unknown hitman. Drawn together by fate and biblical prophecy, “The Messengers” soon learn they now have supernatural gifts that might be the only hope for preventing the impending Rapture.
Synopsis – Kirsten Clark, who has been recruited to join a covert government agency, has a special ability. Kirsten is able to be “stitched” into the minds of people who have recently died to use their memories to investigate murders. Taking advantage of Kirsten’s ability is Maggie Baptiste, who leads the secret program in which Kirsten works alongside neuroscientist Cameron Goodkin, who is passionate about the work the group does. Other members of the team include socially awkward communications technician Linus Ahluwalia and Kirsten’s roommate, computer science grad student Camille Engelson. When things go well, the team is able to use the “stitching” to solve mysteries that otherwise would have gone to the grave with the victims.
